§ Sector · Organic certification · Chile

Ecosystems for organic certification.

Core platform, AI document validation, mobile inspection app and Chile Law 19.799 digital signature for certification bodies. We know the field: we built BioAudita's complete ecosystem.

§ Four ecosystem pillars

01

Core certification platform

Django backend with models for quotes, contracts, inspections, evaluations and certificates. Configurable payment integrations.

02

AI document assistant with RAG

Assistant for auditors with RAG over organic regulation. Answers cite the article and page of the source document.

03

Field inspection mobile app

Flutter app with offline evidence capture, geolocation, photos and backend sync when network is available.

04

Reinforced simple electronic signature with audit trail

PDF signing with PAdES seal via pyHanko over internal CA. SHA-256 hash per event, full audit log. For FEA with full evidentiary value, an external accredited provider is integrated.

§ Public case

§ FAQ

Sector FAQ

If your question isn't here, email us at hola@ago.cl or via WhatsApp.

01 What does a digital organic certification system require in Chile?

Common components: producer and farm management with history, authorized inputs catalog, inspection workflow with field evidence capture, document evaluation, and certificate issuance with electronic signature. The international accreditation standard for certifying bodies is ISO 17065.

02 How does RAG over organic regulation work?

The relevant regulatory corpus is ingested (Chile Law 20.089, SAG regulation, applicable international standards). Each document is segmented by section, vectorized and indexed. The query retrieves relevant fragments and a language model responds citing the article and exact page of the source document. Citations are verifiable.

03 What type of electronic signature does BioAudita use?

BioAudita uses Reinforced Simple Electronic Signature (FES, levels L1 and L2 according to Chile Law 19.799). Implementation with pyHanko over PAdES seal and internal self-issued CA, with SHA-256 hashed audit log per event. For Advanced Electronic Signature (FEA) with full legal equivalence to handwritten signature before courts, a certificate from an external provider accredited by the Subsecretaría de Economía of Chile is required, which aGo can integrate into the flow when the project requires it.

04 How long does building a complete certification ecosystem take?

Depends on agreed scope. A functional MVP with quote-inspection-certification workflow plus basic signature usually takes several months of work. After a 20-minute no-cost conversation we define scope and deliver a formal quote in 24 to 72 hours. For projects above 200 UF we add a budgeted proposal as pre-project.

05 Do you have public cases in organic certification?

Yes. BioAudita is a digital ecosystem built by aGo for a Chilean organic certifier accredited by SAG. Includes core platform, AI document assistant, PuntoTrack mobile app, public DataInsumos catalog and DataLab statistical portal. Public case with testimonial from manager Luis Meléndez. See details at /ecosistema/bioaudita.

Does your certifier need to go digital?

Let's talk 20 min at no cost. We know Law 20.089, NOP, JAS, ISO 17065 and Law 19.799 signature.
