a Go.

§ manifesto · v1

We build software with judgment. And a dog.

aGo is a small, opinionated, honest tech studio. We do serious compliance when it matters, free tools when they add value, and a blog when there's something worth saying. This is what we believe.

01

Owners, not hostages.

If the project we ship locks you into a subscription that ratchets every year, we failed. We prefer open source you can host yourself, with vendors you can replace without paying a toll. Lock-in is silent debt.

02

Judgment beats trendy stack.

We don't pick the top of Hacker News because it shipped yesterday. We pick what survives five years of operation with a small team and a real budget. Boring tech wins.

03

Compliance is not paperwork.

Chile's Law 21,719 changes how data is handled, not how a PDF is filled. If we sell you an audit or advice, it's because we read code, processes and contracts. We don't sign what we can't defend.

04

What we give away, we give away for real.

The free tools and plugins are not crippled demos to push you toward a paid plan. If they live in /tools or in wordpress.ago.cl, they work fully. What's paid is something else: time, judgment, partnership.

05

The blog is not marketing.

Every post has verifiable sources, real cases and signed opinion. If you read one and don't learn something concrete you can apply on Monday, we wasted your time. Zero filler SEO content.

06

Toto signs the content. Not the invoice.

Toto is our cairn terrier, with chunky glasses and a terracotta scarf. He shows up in the blog, in the tools and in the Instagram carousels. He does not show up in commercial proposals, on legal landings, or when a client is deciding whether to trust us with sensitive data. Voice has its place. So does a proper suit.
